Radish Pink

Radish pink consists of approx. 37% sulphurous, essential oil with a high mustard oil content. Proteins are represented with 2%, fat is only present in minimal amounts (0.2%). Otherwise, vitamins A, B1, B2 niacin and a lot of C are included. In addition, radish green contains 4% carbohydrates, the minerals iron, potassium, calcium, magnesium, sodium and phosphorus. Besides bitter and pungent substances (in mustard oil), enzymes and hormones are also contained. Due to the formation of chlorophyll during the growth process, the ingredients multiply very quickly and increase the pharmacological effect.
 
Positive properties: Has a healing effect on mucusy sinuses and clears the respiratory tract, aids digestion, is said to prevent cancer.
