Red Radish

Red radish contains large amounts of protein, vitamin A, B1, B2, C, E and K. Compared to fully grown radishes, radish green contains 4 times more magnesium, is rich in iron, potassium, calcium, sodium, phosphorus and zinc. Vitamin C enables a better absorption of iron and calcium. The protein content is 30-35%. In addition to vitamins and minerals, mustard oils are also included in radish green.
 
Positive properties: Antibacterial, antiviral, detoxifying, expectorant in the respiratory tract, aids digestion and has a blood-thinning effect. Radish green also has a preventive effect against anaemia, osteoporosis and heart and cardiovascular diseases.
